• Number of days from the date ordered to received (most couriers do not scan packages at any point of the delivery process or most of the stops are not visible to you or us until it is delivered to the destination

• retain the packaging as evidence of the claim - damaged, opened, missing items
• please contact us immediately before the end of the 5th business day after the delivery date

Refunds are processed when all information is received. The amount of time it takes is determined by the banks, however, most returns are processed and received within 5 business days.
